When did you start practicing martial arts?
I started boxing in 1984, spent some time studying karate, ninjitsu and kempo ju-jitsu during the 80’s and 90’s. Finally really started seriously learning Cho’s tae kwon do in 1998. Whilst maintaining my focus on tae kwon do, I have in later years also looked into jeet kune do principles and keysi fighting method.
